Conversation guidelines active passive

It would be nice if you could simply set the call defaults, i.e. the individual blocks, to 'active' or 'passive'. This way, you wouldn't have to completely remove or re-enter defaults due to vacations or longer absences, but could simply deactivate them temporarily if necessary.
