Own evaluations in call summaries

As a user, I would like to define my own evaluations for the call summaries. For example:
Yes / No question: "Was a customer interested in topic XY?"
Selection: "Which of the topics A, B, C were discussed?"
Measured value: "How satisfied was the customer with the information provided by Safina? 1 = bad, 10 = good"
