Audio voice recording

I have noticed that the voice recording is played back far too quickly when listening to it, even though the playback speed is set to "1". Only when you tap on 1.5 or 2 times the speed and then set it back to "1" is the announcement played back correctly.

If you then save the file on the iPhone to make it available offline, it is saved as an MP3 file but cannot be opened. You either need an additional MP3 player app or have to convert the file into another format using a suitable tool.

I wonder if this behavior is intentional.
